 Turner syndrome is not inherited. It happens by chance, it has nothing to do with what the parents did or did not do. Because this disorder is not inherited, it is known as mutated. This means it is not dominant or recessive and there are no possible genotypes of the parents. "An error in cell division called non-disjunction can result in reproductive cells with an abnormal number of chromosomes". This contributes to the Genetic make-up of the child. the chances of the same couple having another baby with Turner syndrome is very unlikely. The Genetic make-up of a child can be discussed at a genetics clinic. Turner syndrome occurs in about 1 in 2500 female births worldwide.
